Having spent many years trying to balance lifestyle and nutrition, I discovered there was a beautiful holistic medicine system that covers it all, Ayurveda, which translates to the knowledge of Life.
Food is medicine in Ayurveda, you are what you digest and absorb.
My journey into learning ayurveda started @WorldYogaFestival 2023 where i attended talks on the subject which i found incredibly engaging and enlightening.
This ancient healing system which is documented 5000 years ago, written in Indian Sanskrit has taken me on a beautiful journey of self discovery, helping me to balance health and wellbeing through the rhythms of nature.
I have trained as an Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition consultant with @TheAyurvedaInstitute under the guidance of Dr. Deepika Rodrigo which i can honestly say has been the most beneficial experience of my life. I am a member of AAPUK The Association of Ayurvedic professionals uk.
I am very excited to share the knowledge I have to assist others on their pathway towards balanced health and wellbeing.

My methods
Observation (Darshan)
I observe my patients’ physical traits—body structure, posture, skin tone, and facial expressions—while also noting their behavior, gestures, and energy levels.
Touch (Sparsha)
I use touch for physical exams, including pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha) and checking the skin, tongue, and nails for signs of imbalance.
Questioning (Prashna)
I ask about my patients’ lifestyle, diet, sleep, and emotions to understand their overall health.
Hearing (Shabda)
I listen to their voice, breathing, and bodily sounds for clues about internal imbalances.
